Gaurav works on the ground setting up small and large farms, teaching natural farming, building water bodies, and creating low-waste systems - all with one aim: to make growing your own food practical and joyful. He often partners with architects to weave land, water and energy intelligence into homes so that food, herbs and edibles become part of everyday living, not an afterthought. At Cocuzè, he guides our Permaculture and ‘Alimento - The Table’ pillar, helping us root our idea of nourishment in soil, seasons and local ecology. A long-time coach in regenerative design and permaculture, he loves mentoring people and organisations who believe, like we do, that a well-designed life should also be a life that can feed you.

Ashish Jain brings over three decades of shaping home and lifestyle collections for the world. As Founder of Noble Group, he has built SEDEX-compliant manufacturing, produced millions of units across multiple categories, and supplied to global houses like Pottery Barn, Anthropologie and TJX - proof of his rigor in quality, finish and seasonality. Along the way, he has worked with and uplifted thousands of skilled Indian craftsmen, giving their workmanship global direction and steady demand. At Cocuzè, he mentors ‘The Atelier’ on product development, sourcing and manufacturing discipline, so that every piece we create carries Indian character and it is export-ready. His lens helps us marry craft with scale, and poetry with process.
